Masaba Urgent Care Clinic, a faith-based healthcare facility under the Anglican Church of Kenya, serves as the only medical center within a 5-mile radius for over 6,000 people across 10 villages in Butere Sub-County, Kakamega County.

Services Provided:
- Maternal & Child Health: Immunizations, antenatal care, maternity services, postnatal care, and family planning.
- HIV & Chronic Disease Management: Testing, counseling, and care for HIV-positive clients, including nutrition support and TB treatment.
- Primary Healthcare & Emergency Services: General outpatient care, laboratory testing, and urgent medical assistance.

Despite limited resources, the clinic serves an average of 50 patients daily, supported by a small but dedicated team of:

- Inadequate Infrastructure: The clinic operates in an old, repurposed church building that is no longer suitable for healthcare services.
